RESERVATION POLICIES
5- Night minimum stay.
Reservation deposit in US Dollars must be received with in 15 days
of booking (no credit cards).
Cancellation fee $75.
Check-Out time 10:00 AM, unless extension has been given by Rental
Manager.
Rules and Regulations
Check In: After 2:00 P.M. you may go directly to your unit - Lock-box
instructions will be sent to you when payment is received.
Check Out: is 10:00 A.M. This is strictly enforced. It is best to
rent another night to insure a comfortable day if the flight is late.
Property Inspection: Upon check-in to your rental, please inspect
the property. Notify property manager within 24 hours of any maintenance
items that arise during your stay.
Confirmed Guests: Your reservation is made for the number of guests
listed. Your reservation is subject to immediate cancellation or additional
charge if you have brought more guests than is allowed.
Excessive Cleaning: If required after your departure, extra charges
will be deducted from your security deposit. All properties are furnished
with an initial supply of paper products and soaps. Guests are responsible
for purchasing additional supplies.
Before departure using the laundry room in the condo, wash the beach
towels and other towels.
Property Damage: You are responsible for damages to the rental caused
by you or your guests. If damages exceed your security deposit you
may be liable for any charges in excess of your security deposit.
Those charges will be billed against the credit card on file. Security
deposit waiver can cover this expense.
Keys: Each condo is provided with 1 set of keys inside the unit,
as well as a lockbox key. Please ensure that you leave all where you
found them when you depart.
Lost or Stolen Items: The property manager is not responsible for
any personal items, which may be lost or stolen from your rental.
Always lock all of the doors and windows when you leave the property
(even if you are not on the ground floor). Do not leave your valuables
in plain sight - remember this is Paradise not Heaven…let’s
not make it easy for your valuables to be taken
Non Smoking Properties: The building is a Non Smoking building. If
there is any evidence of smoking, your security deposit will be completely
forfeited. You may be responsible for additional expenses for the
restoration of the property if expenses exceed your deposit.
No Pets: No Pets are allowed in any of our rentals. Your security
deposit will be forfeited if you bring any pets onto the property.
You may be responsible for additional expenses for damages caused
by pets if expenses exceed your security deposit.
Parties and Noise: Please remember you are in a 35 year old Hawaiian
Style Condominium. The building features open-air bedrooms with screened
louvers that open for air circulation to the breezeway at the interior
of the building; therefore, please respect quiet hours between 10:00
p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Voices carry a long way in the still Hawaiian nights
and early morning. If noise becomes a problem, you will be asked to
relocate. Large parties, gatherings, weddings are not allowed on property.
If this rule is violated, then the guest will be subject to whatever
fines and penalties that may be imposed on the property owner by the
County of Maui. Overnight guests are restricted to those names associated
with this reservation.
Telephones: Most of the properties have phone blocks, which require
guests to use credit cards for long distance calls. Any long distance
calls that you make, that appear on an owner's bill, will be charged
against your security deposit or credit card.
Property Damage, Sales or Unavailability: The property manager reserves
the right to move your confirmed reservations to another property
of comparative value if it becomes unavailable.
Rental Charges: All reservations require an initial deposit of $300
or 1 night's rent, which ever is greater, within 14 days of booking.
Final Payment is due, in full, sixty (60) days prior to arrival. If
that deposit is not received then the reservation is subject to cancellation
at our discretion.
Cancellations: All guest cancellations will forfeit their initial
deposits ($300 or 1 night's rent, whichever is greater) The final
deadline for cancellations is sixty (60) days prior to your arrival
date. Cancellations made after the final deadline will not receive
any refunds, unless the property is re-rented during the same dates
that were reserved. Cancellations must be in writing FAX or EMAIL.
Travel Insurance can be purchased to avoid losses.
Security Deposit Refunds after Departure: are made within (14) days
of your departure. Any charges for extra cleaning or damages to the
property will be deducted from the Security Deposit. Security deposit
waiver can cover extra charges.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect yourself and your
trip investment while traveling. A comprehensive travel protection
plan is the best way to safeguard against the unexpected and enjoy
worry-free travel.
