RESERVATION POLICIES

Check-in time: 3 PM

Check-out time: before Noon. (There will be a ½ day charge to guarantee a late check-out)

Minimum Stay:
4 nights
Stays shorter than 4 nights are subject to a cleaning fee
Special Rates are available for stays of 28 nights or longer

Occupancy:
Extra charges for extra persons beyond stated occupancy

All rates are subject to Hawaii Excise and Hotel Tax of 13.25%

APRIL 15 TO DEC 15
30 days notice prior to arrival for full refund
DEC 15 TO APRIL 15
60 days notice prior to arrival for full refund
• Rates Subject to State Tax of 12.25%
• Regular Season: full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival date
• Christmas Season: full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
• NOTE: Check out cleaning is included; maid service available at additional charge.

NOTE: We highly recommend that you ask us about travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation policy:
• For a deposit refund, less a $100.00 fee, cancellation is required 30 days or more prior to arrival date.
• For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee.

Condominiums are privately owned. Management will not be responsible for accident, injury or loss of valuables of any kind.

Late check out: April 1-December 14. A late check out is not possible unless you pay ½ day rent. No exceptions!! Late check out: December 15th – March 31st. A late check out is no possible unless you pay for the entire day. No exceptions!!

Start up supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher and bath soaps are provided. Guests will have to replenish items. Maid service is not included.
