Monday-Saturday 8am-4pm and Sunday closed
Lock box code if arriving after office hours or on Sundays.

Occupancy Rules:
1-bedroom rates are based on 2 persons
2-bedroom rates are based on 4 persons
3-bedroom rates are based 6 persons

Extra Person Charges:
Peak season 01/07-04/15 $15.00 each, per day
No charge for children under 5 years of age
Off-Peak season 04/15-12/15 $12.50 each, per day
No charge for children under 5 years of age
Holiday Season Extra person charge is $18.00 per day.

Minimum Stay:
5-night minimum stay

Maid Service:
Peak season 01/07-04/15, maid service every 3rd day
Off-Peak season 04/15-12/15 maid service every 4th day
Holiday season 12/15 – 1/7

Check-In time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 11 AM
Late Check-Out subject to availability and charge

10% discount for 30 nights or more.
Rates are based on double occupancy.
Extra person charge is $15.00 per day.
No charge for children under the age of 5 years.
Maid service every 5th day.
Deposit of $350.00 is non-refundable.
Full prepayment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Prepayment is forfeited if reservation is cancelled 45 days or less prior to arrival unless unit is able to be resold. Refund will then be based on nights sold.

Low Season (April 15- December 15)

10% discount for 14 nights or more.
15% discount for 21 nights or more.
Rates are based on double occupancy.
Extra person charge is $12.50 per day.
No charge for children under the age of 5 years.
Maid service every 5th day.
Deposit of $200.00 is non-refundable.
Full prepayment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Prepayment is forfeited if reservation is cancelled 45 days or less prior to arrival unless unit is able to be resold. Refund will then be based on nights sold.

Holiday Season (December 15 - January 7)

10% discount for 30 nights or more.
Rates are based on double occupancy.
Extra person charge is $18.00 per day.
No charge for children under the age of 5 years.
Maid service every 4th day.
Deposit of $350.00 is non-refundable.
Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Prepayment is forfeited if reservation is cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival unless unit is able to be resold. Refund will then be based on nights sold.
