Tucked away in a quiet yet vibrant corner of Maui, Hono Kai A-15 offers an oasis of tranquility both inside and out. As you step over the threshold into this beautifully appointed one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit, the tile floors, and tasteful island-style furnishings create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With a king bed and quality sleeper sofa, A-15 comfortably sleeps up to four guests. The fully updated kitchen boasts sleek granite countertops and comes fully equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare island feasts. The bathroom is also newly renovated with elegant marble highlights and a spacious walk-in shower.
For entertainment, there is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with complimentary cable, high-speed internet, and free Wi-Fi. The ceiling fans and A/C keep you cool and comfortable inside. There is also an on-site laundry facility for added convenience.
Step outside onto your private lanai and be greeted by a lush lawn and a tropical plant bed. Watch out for banana trees! Take advantage of the gas grills and prepare a meal to enjoy while you sit and dine on the garden furniture.
If you’re feeling adventurous, take a stroll down Sugar Beach, a serene 2.5-mile stretch of uninterrupted shoreline. From there, continue on to North Kihei and Ma’alaea Village for a 15-minute walk to explore the boat harbor, shops, restaurants, aquarium, and more! Be sure to keep an eye out for humpback whales playing in the bay during the winter season (Dec.-April). The central location of Hono Kai A-15 makes it easy to commute to all the fantastic sights and attractions that this island paradise has to offer. Guests are provided with one free parking spot per unit.
Though there are no elevators on the premises, come and experience the magic of Maui and all the delights that Hono Kai A-15 has to offer.

MA’ALAEA BAY RENTALS RENTAL AGREEMENT
Booking Rules:
A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.
As renters, you are responsible for damages caused by you or your guests; these include damages to the unit, items within the unit (including towels and linens), and to common areas. We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know if any occur.
If, upon arrival, you notice any damages to your unit, please notify us immediately to avoid possible liability.
Supplies:
Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissues, and toilet tissue. Replace these on your own as you need them.
Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths.
For condos without in‐unit washer/dryers, please use the laundry facilities located at your particular resort.
Deposits/Cancellations
To confirm your stay, a non‐refundable deposit of $200 is due upon booking; and you are given the option to choose between either of the following:
1. $39.99 damage insurance (covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage)
2. $3,000 damage deposit (refunded 7‐10 business days after departure)
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations made after initial deposit require a $200 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through Generali. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Deposits/Cancellations (Holiday Season: 12/15 – 01/05)
Reservations that arrive during our Holiday Season (12/15 ‐ 01/05) require a $500 deposit, and
Final payment is due within the first week of October.
Cancellations for Holiday Season reservations made before final payment require a $500 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through CSA Travel Protection. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Smoking:
All units are Non‐Smoking.
Designated smoking areas are available on all properties.
Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges, the minimum of which is $400.
Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM; Monday – Friday.
Check In/Out:
Check‐In time is after 3:00 PM.
Check‐Out time is before 11:00 AM.
Late check‐outs are only available at the cost of a full night’s stay and must be arranged at the time of booking. Please contact Maalaea Bay Rentals at 1‐800‐367‐6084 or 808‐244‐5627 in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
