Welcome to Kaanapali Plantation 28, a spacious three-bedroom Maui vacation rental nestled on the hillside of North Kaʻanapali. Offering ocean views, comfortable accommodations and convenient resort amenities, this two-level townhome is an excellent choice for families, friends and multigenerational groups visiting West Maui.
With approximately 1,545 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and room for up to eight guests, Kaanapali Plantation 28 provides plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach.
Comfortable Two-Level Layout
The main level features a welcoming living room with a 70-inch television and a queen sleeper sofa. Large windows and access to the private lanai help create an open atmosphere with views of the tropical grounds and Pacific Ocean.
The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and tile flooring. Prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, pack lunches for an island adventure or enjoy a relaxed family dinner at the condo.
A convenient half bathroom and laundry area with a washer and dryer are also located downstairs.
Three Bedrooms for Up to Eight Guests
All three bedrooms are located upstairs:
- Primary bedroom: King bed and private bathroom
- Second bedroom: Queen bed
- Third bedroom: Two twin beds in a trundle configuration

The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower. Bedrooms include televisions, ceiling fans and individual window air-conditioning units. Additional window air conditioners are provided in the living area.

Deposit Policy –
Deposit Policy – To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total room rate, fees, and taxes and a non-refundable $30 + tax reservation fee is required at time of booking. Final payment (remainder) is due 30 days prior to arrival. For all reservations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is due at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy – – For cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival, a refund of deposit less the $30 reservation processing fee plus a $100 plus tax cancellation fee. Cancellation received within 29-days to arrival will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. No refunds for No-Show or Early Departure.
Travel Insurance: Because your condo reservation is non-refundable once paid in full, it is highly recommended that the guest purchase Optional Travel Insurance. The cost of the coverage is 6.95% of the rent and taxes.
