Perfection Found, look no further ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you want amazing views, a beautiful pool, and to be steps to the beach this Condo is for you. You can not beat the Aloha welcome you feel. This Condo, your home away from home sits on the bottom floor and is closest to the activity, it is tastefully decorated Hawaiian with beautiful furnishings and amenities galore. While most condos in Hawaii do not have an A/C unit #106 does in the living room. Which nicely cools off the entire condo for those warm summer nights. We enjoyed the beach daily as it was so close to us and the local restaurants nearby. If you are looking for a friendly resort with a location like no other Kamaole Nalu # 106 is for you. We will be back.

Perfect location!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We really loved the location of this condo.. walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops in Kihei and literally steps away from the beach. I think this is the best unit in the whole building as it’s the first unit closest to the beach on the ground floor, so it has a large outdoor area right off the patio. Perfect setup for 4 people and even though the condo is small in terms of square footage, the layout is really great and each room feels very private from one another. Both rooms having their own en suite bathrooms was a major plus. The staff was so helpful and accommodating with anything we needed. We will definitely stay again!

Paradise on Maui ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you’re planning a trip to Maui you owe it to yourself to stay at the Kamaole Nalu, #106. The view, the beauty, the comfort is unbeatable. You will not regret it!

Great stay-again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

For the past 15 years we have stayed at Kamaole Nalu. Always a pleasure and such great staff and service. Nothing is lacking and that is why we will return next October!

A wonderful Holiday! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have stayed at Kamaole Nalu for more than 10 years. There is no holiday like it!! The staff at ali’i resorts are second to none for their prompt attention to detail and guests needs. Patti really looks after us and each year we book for the next year. Possibly the Key Lime pie helps!! We travel the world but every October we are back in Maui for another wonderful vacation. I would recommend ali’i to anyone, and I have done just that with many friends.

Best location by far!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had an absolutely amazing time staying in Kamaole Nalu #106! The location was absolutely perfect for us and definitely it was a plus having easy access to the unit! Beautiful views and sunsets everyday! The unit is nicely appointed and the only reason we couldn’t give it an excellent rating was due to cleanliness being a little below par. Mainly just flooring and window coverings and bedding being a bit tired. Overall though, it is a beautiful unit and we thank the owners for sharing such a special place!!

Great stay right on the beach. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great location, especially for kids on the ground floor next to the pool and Bbq’s. Super place for a holiday close to amenities and a very nice beach. Improvements:would have been nice to have a cleaning service once a week, and the fridge ice maker was off the chart nasty tasting but other than that a really great stay.

We had a wonderful time ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our unit was nicely decorated and the oceanfront ground-level view is wonderful. The neighboring beaches are very nice and the location is close to shops, restaurants and other beaches. The ants are more of a problem than advertised (even cereal boxes had to be put in the refrigerator). Regardless we will stay there again and recommend it to others. The afternoon winds in Kihei are pretty bad so it is a good time of day to go exploring other areas of the island. This was the 5th time we have stayed in Kihei so we knew that ahead of time.

106 has been our favorite vacation spot since 1983. It only gets better, the view, location and beach cannot be beat. The unit is updated just right for a carefree vacation.

We have been holidaying here for many years, with a few absences for health reasons. The latest upgrades are great and we look forward to the nest round!It still feels like our home away from home–spectacular setting–couldn’t ask for more. We were relaxed and inspired by the beauty of Maui ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The condo was well kept and supplied. The view from the lanai was lovely, and it was very convenient to the beach for a family with toddlers. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect vacation with mother-in-law. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was the perfect vacation for us to ask Pam’s mom to accompany us. The condo was not only gorgeous, but it and the grounds were very easy for her and her walker to get around in. She spent hours just sitting on the lanai watching the action on the beach and in the water. She said it was really relaxing, one of the best vacations ever!

Amazing Place… ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have been staying here for nearly a decade and love it for a lot of reasons… usually in #105 but have tried other units as well. This trip was #106 – very nice! Usually don’t have any complaints, but sometimes the older “residents” can get a little cranky about kids or noise in general. This trip, one of them was getting upset about chaise lounges being moved around on the lawn — whatever! My only real issue this trip was the pool, it was green. Seriously, there was no way I was getting into something with an obvious algae bloom. Never saw that before and I was assured that it was being dealt with. We are headed back in april ’11, so I guess we’ll see… Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a quiet relaxing vacation — although the units closer to the road (units ending in 01,02,03) do tend to have more traffic noise.

Location, location, location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was our 3rd time at the Nalu. Our friends have stayed in this unit, but this was our first time in 106. The upgrades and new furniture are very nice. Honestly though, I could sit on a milk crate and be just as happy with the location. The views and easy beach access don’t get any better! The groundsperson (Tom I think?) does an excellent job of maintaining and keeping everything clean. The restaurant across the street (Cafe O’Lei) is very good too.

Lovely place to renew your wedding vows ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed in 106 for a month, have been coming to Nalu since 1983 so it is like a second home. Alii staff could not be more helpful to us. We will be back in 2011!

Amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our accomodations were outstanding. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. I found this property on the internet, and we were amazed that it was as portrayed on the website.

Beach wedding, birthday, honeymoon…ahh amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place was amazing as usual. We had the best suite #106. Everything was perfect when we arrived. They provide everything for us: books, laundry, sand toys, beach chairs, etc. The only thing that was semi irritating was that there was construction going on in #205 that was upstairs and over one from us that went on from like 8-5. Luckily we were gone most of the day but it was a little frustrating for us when it was time to put our son down for a nap with hammers and chainsaws! 🙂 We stayed an extra day because we were having such a good time. It’s always reasonable, close to everything and, really, if you never want to leave the room, there’s no reason why. Everything is here for you.

Total relaxation ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Reservation Policy

Check-in time is 4:00pm / Check-out time is 10:00am.

  • Valid identification and matching valid accepted credit card required at the time of check-in.
  • All guests are required to complete the registration form within 24 hours of arrival with Alii Resorts, LLC and, if required, register with the property. Failure to complete the registration form may result in access code deactivation and/or immediate eviction.

Reservations

  • Confirmed reservations will receive a letter of confirmation with a reservation number after the signing of the E-signature document.
  • Rates are subject to change.
  • All rates are subject to 14.42% Hawaii State GE/TA Tax as required by law and are based on Standard Occupancy.
  • A 3-night deposit is required at the time of booking for reservations under 28 nights.
  • Long Stay Reservations: Any stay 28 nights or longer requires a deposit equal to 25% of the total value of the reservation.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX credit card payments.
  • Payments made by check/ACH will receive a 2% discount off the gross rent of the reservation (Deposit AND Final payments must be made by check/ACH to receive the discount). All ACH payments will require a signed registration form before your reservation is confirmed.
  • Check payments must be received within 7 days of the date of booking. All check payments must be in US dollars.
  • Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Years bookings, 120 days for stays of 28+ nights). Your final payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on the appropriate due date unless auto-charge is declined.
  • All reservations are subject to a Guest Service Fee that may include but are not limited to applicable cleaning and resort fees.
  • Additional cleaning fees will be added for stays less than 5 nights, when applicable.

Property Damage

  • Accidental Property Damage Waiver: Accidental Property Damage Waiver affords protection to guests for accidental reported breakage or damage to the individual rental home up to a maximum of $1000. Damage must be reported by the guest to the Alii Resorts office prior to departure. Damage not reported by guests will not be covered by Accidental Property Damage Waiver and the guest will be responsible for any damages incurred. Cost is $40.00 + tax and is non-refundable. This waiver protection is added to the total reservation cost unless guests opt-out/decline protection in writing on Rental Agreement. If you choose to deny the damage waiver, you will be charged a refundable $400 cash security deposit.

Cancellation and Changes

  • A fee of 10% of the gross rent or $200, whichever is greater, will be assessed for cancellations received 60+ days prior to arrival (90+ days for Christmas/New Years, 120+ days for Long Stay). For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival (90 days for Christmas/New Years bookings, 120 days for stays of 28+ nights) or after arrival date. No refund is available unless space can be rerented. If space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued for reservations paid in full. Cancellations are subject to a processing/handling fee.
  • Approved refunds will be remitted via check only and mailed to the address on file.
  • Guest is responsible for the effects of changes in the exchange rate and all fees. Refunds will not be issued due to exchange rate changes.

COVID-19 Exposure

  • An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By visiting the island of Maui, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Early Check-In or Late Check-Out

  • An Early Check-In or Late Check-Out may be available at 50% of the non-discounted daily rate on participating condos.

Holidays

  • Christmas/New Years reservations are not subject to normal discounts and minimum nights are required based on unit size. A 10- night minimum is required on 1-bedroom units and a 14-night minimum is required on 2- and 3-bedroom units.

Rental Occupancy

  • Standard Occupancy is the base number of persons allowed per dwelling unit based on standard bedding and restrictions. 1-Bedroom (2 people), 2-Bedroom (4 people), 3-Bedroom (6 people).
  • Additional person(s) charge(s) of $20 plus tax per-person, per-night above standard occupancy using standard bedding to a maximum occupancy of 1-Bedroom (4 people), 2-Bedroom (6 people), and 3-Bedroom (8 people).
  • Children 12 and under are free (extra person fee does not apply) but are counted towards maximum occupancy.
  • All units are non-smoking. Pets are not permitted.
  • Alii Resorts, LLC is not responsible for the retrieval and return of lost and found items. Shipping/handling fees apply for mailing back lost and found items. A minimum charge of $40 plus the cost of shipping applies.
  • Guest is responsible for all phone charges exceeding local standard service and/or additional ordered cable charges.
  • Alii Resorts, LLC is not responsible for childproofing accommodations.
  • Alii Resorts, LLC will communicate with guests as Alii Resorts is notified of disruptions to the tenants enjoyment due to construction projects, noise at neighboring properties, or interruption in available amenities. Properties are treated professionally for insect control. Additional measures are available upon request. Appliances and electronics which include but are not limited to: air conditioning units, TVs, DVD players, water heaters, washer/dryers, internet and Phone service are known to be in operation upon arrival unless the guest is notified otherwise. The guest accepts that unexpected impacts happen due to construction projects, noise at neighboring properties, interruption in available amenities, insects, failed appliances/electronics, interruptions in utilities including but not limited to the internet may occur and guest agrees to hold Alii Resorts/Owner harmless for such incidents. Alii Resorts, LLC agrees to make good faith efforts to resolve the reported problem as quickly as possible.
  • Owner and /or Alii Resorts, LLC, and /or hired vendors of Owner/Alii Resorts, LLC may enter property with 24-hour notice to tenants occupying unit (except during scheduled cleanings and emergencies) to perform necessary repairs or maintenance, inspect unit or show unit, if necessary.
  • Alii Resorts, LLC reserves the right to change guest condominium/home accommodation. In most cases, this is due to repairs, condo owner use, and/or acts of God. If this should happen, Alii Resorts, LLC will make good faith efforts to provide you with another condominium/home of equal or greater value at the same rate you were paying, or refund the difference for a lower rate condominium/home, or allow cancellation of guests reservation without a cancellation penalty.
  • Guests and other parties involved with the reservation, including but not limited to, travel agents or online travel agents, hereby agree to verify all reservation details including, but not limited to, the accuracy of the rate, applicable fees, condominium complex, and condominium unit number specified in the reservation confirmation.
  • Alii Resorts, LLC is not responsible for any third partys failure to display or provide current photos of the property or for variation in 3rd party posted rates. All 3rd parties are advised to and are responsible for posting accurate rates. Alii Resorts, LLC does not control, nor is responsible for any 3rd party booking site fees.

Guest & Alii Resorts Agreement

  • Guests agree that any disagreements pertaining to this reservation policy will first be attempted to be resolved by good faith negations. Guests and Alii Resorts, LLC agree that if a dispute has not been successfully resolved within 30 days, the matter will be submitted to mediation for resolution in Maui, Hawaii prior to any litigation and any litigation pertaining to this reservation policy will take place exclusively in courts located in Maui County, Hawaii.

This reservation policy represents the entire Agreement of the guests and Alii Resorts, LLC, and may be modified only in writing. It will be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii and will be binding on a successor, assigns, or devisees. If any provision in this reservation policy is unenforceable, the remaining provisions are valid and enforceable and apply to all occupants within the accommodation.
