Our condo is located in the desirable building #5 in the heart of the richly manicured tropical oasis of Kamaole Sands located across from Kamaole Beach Park III — one of the most beautiful beaches on Maui. This unit has it all – stunning views of the ocean, lush gardens, and the Haleakala volcano. The open concept floor plan gives the feeling of spaciousness and openness while having the ability to sleep up to six people.
Same day bookings (meaning arrival is within 24 hours of making the reservation) requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

The trendy grey ceramic tile with the “wood-look” throughout the unit gives a classic, clean, beachy feel. The powerful split level air-conditioning throughout the condo will keep you comfortable even on the hottest of days. This unit is tastefully decorated from top to bottom, with absolutely gorgeous furniture throughout. The dedicated parking spot close to the elevator makes getting your luggage to the unit a breeze.
The well-appointed kitchen in Kamaole Sands #5-414 features beautiful granite countertops, stone backsplash, along with all necessary cookware and utensils for those nights you decide to eat in. There is even a full-sized wine cooler which holds up to 80 bottles of wine for those evenings sitting out on the lanai sipping a glass of wine and watching the sun set over the Pacific.
All three televisions (entertainment area as well as each bedroom) have “smart” technology which has access to cable and Netflix with hundreds of viewing choices for family nights. A Rio queen sleeper sofa, custom drapery, and ambient lighting in the valance over the patio door framing the ocean view sets the mood for a tropical evening in paradise.
In the loft, the master bedroom features a beautiful solid oak entertainment center and bed ensemble. The Sealy California King pillow-top along with luxury linens and bedding will ensure a comfortable night’s sleep before the day’s adventures. The en suite bathroom with travertine tile has a shower/tub combination with plenty of counter space.
The main-floor second bedroom is perfect for both kids and adults alike. The two Lake Thai firm XL twin beds have the capability to convert to a king sized bed at a moment’s notice. There is a separate split air unit in this room which allows for individualized temperature control. There is an adjacent bathroom with customized travertine tile and an in-unit washer & dryer just outside the door.
Views! Views! Views! The lanai has travertine tile along with comfy patio furniture. The closet contains beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach mats, coolers, tennis rackets and balls to enhance your enjoyment in Maui!
Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei. While walking across the street to Kamaole Beach III – enjoy whale watching, swimming, snorkeling, walking miles on the beach and most of all – viewing the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. In addition there is a large pool, two hot tubs, a toddler pool, 10 barbecue areas and tennis courts. Kamaole Sands is centrally located and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. It is also minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit.

DEPOSIT, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION:
A 30% deposit is due at time of booking.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Travel insurance, if purchased, is payable in advance and is non-refundable after the initial 14-day “free look.”
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund less the $60 non-refundable reservation fee.
Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund less the $60 non-refundable reservation fee.
If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
The cancellation policy shall remain in effect even if a traveler tests positive for COVID-19, does not receive their test result before the final leg of their flight to Hawaii, or is turned away at the airport due to fever or other symptoms.
Should COVID-19 restrictions be imposed in your local region or Hawaii after final payment and up until any portion of your stay, you may provide proof of such restriction and reschedule your stay up to 365 days out from your arrival date.

You will be charged for any Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET), and/or Transit Accommodations Tax (TAT) that is due. Tax rates are set by the State of Hawaii and are subject to change without notice.
Travel Insurance can be purchased with your reservation.
VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE: Red Sky Sun Trip Preserver Vacation Rental Insurance has been made available with your reservation. Travel insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances–such as illness, injury, mandatory evacuation, or job loss–that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. We strongly recommend you purchase this valuable protection. If declined, you acknowledge you have read and understand our cancellation policy and choose not to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance on behalf of all occupants. Check-In time is 4:00 PM local time. Check-out is required by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Due to housekeeping requirements, we do not have flexibility to offer late check-outs or early check-ins. Be sure to keep this in mind when making your flight arrangements. If you are in the vacation rental before 3:00 PM on your arrival day or after 11:00 AM on your departure day, there will be a charge equal to one night’s rent plus tax.
Credit Card On File: A credit card must be on file and will be charged to cover excess cleaning and related expenses.
NO SMOKING: The Hawaii legislature enacted State Law 295, effective November 16, 2006, which prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas open to the public. All Rentals Maui Inc. units are subject to this new law. Rentals Maui will keep your credit card information on file. If a smoking violation occurs, a fine of $500.00 will be charged to your credit card.
Note: We will make every effort to reserve the unit that you have selected; however we reserve the right to move you to a similar unit should your selected unit become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
