The 15-acre Kamaole Sands resort is lushly landscaped. As you sit outdoors on unit 6-407’s balcony you’ll see the numerous palm trees sway in the ocean breeze as mynas and red-crested cardinals sing. The balcony is spacious enough to accommodate a dining table for 6 with room to spare, so you can dine alfresco throughout your stay.

Sliding glass doors connect the balcony to the living area. Furnished in tropical elegance, it too is large enough for the whole gang to gather together. After a day of snorkeling, surfing, and swimming, you’ll love stretching out on the couch to watch TV, playing Uno with the kids, and taking advantage of the free WiFi.

Kamaole Sands has a picnic area with grills, should you want to barbecue while you’re here. But unit 6-407’s kitchen is enough to spur even generally unenthusiastic cooks to new culinary heights. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, Kamaole Sands 6-407 is as well suited for two couples as it is for a family. The en-suite primary bedroom is located in the condo’s loft; the 2nd bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor. Each bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a TV, and a ceiling fan to help lull you to sleep. (Of course the condo has air-conditioning as well; this is Hawaii, after all!) Additional guests can make themselves at home in the living room; the sofa converts into a bed for two, enabling the condo to sleep six people in all.

When you arrive at Kamaole Sands 6-407, you’ll find the beds made up to perfection, plenty of clean towels in both bathrooms, and extra bedding ready and waiting. There’s no need for you to load up your luggage with linens from home. In fact, you can pack just a carry-on bag, as the unit has its own washer and dryer. We’ll even provide beach chairs, beach towels, and a large beach umbrella for you to use during your stay.

The resort is just as sumptuous and serene as unit 6-407. When you’re not walking along the grounds you can splash about in the pool, then dry off on a poolside chaise. Little ones can cool off too, in the wading pool. Work up a sweat on the private tennis courts or in the fitness center, then treat your tired muscles to a soak in one of the jetted spas. And for maximum convenience, Kamaole Sands has its own equipment rental shop, so you can rent diving snorkels, boogie boards, and other gear on your way to the beach.

And just wait till you hit the beach! Sometimes called Kam III, family-friendly Kamaole Beach Park III boasts soft white sands and a grassy lawn area; at least once during your stay be sure to set up your beach chairs there for a front-row view of the kaleidoscopic sunset.
