All the comforts and conveniences of home, but it’s in paradise! With 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and en suite bath, the other with a queen bed, there is room for 6 guests. 2 Twin air mattresses available. The unit has TVs with complementary cable, high-speed internet, free WIFI, and AC in the living-room. Prep a gourmet meal in the kitchen to finish on the beach front grills then dine on your lanai, it has ocean views and being ground floor, you can step right onto the lawn and wander over to the heated pool or on down to the white sandy beach where you can sun, swim, snorkel and just play. Plus, there may be Hawaiian Sea Turtles snoozing there on the sand! | | Nearby are two really great places to explore: Sugar Beach, a serene 2.5 miles of white sandy shoreline that’s undeveloped and has uninterrupted views. A 10-minute walk heading west takes you to the boat harbor which offers a variety of excursions (whale watches, snorkel adventures, sunset sails, etc.). Adjacent to the marina is a complex with various shops and restaurants, the Maui Aquarium and more. | | One vehicle per unit Free Parking. Centrally located with proximity to major roads you can easily venture forth from Kanai A Nalu with low commute times of 15 to 40 minutes to experience all that Maui has to offer: world-class golfing, wonderful hole-in-the wall eateries, fine dining restaurants, souvenir and high-end shops, next to a variety of gorgeous beaches ranked among the top in the world. Visit parks, take drives yourself or go on tours that showcase natural wonders; they are many and they are breathtaking. Maui no ka oi!

MA’ALAEA BAY RENTALS RENTAL AGREEMENT
Booking Rules:
A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.
As renters, you are responsible for damages caused by you or your guests; these include damages to the unit, items within the unit (including towels and linens), and to common areas. We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know if any occur.
If, upon arrival, you notice any damages to your unit, please notify us immediately to avoid possible liability.
Supplies:
Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissues, and toilet tissue. Replace these on your own as you need them.
Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths.
For condos without in‐unit washer/dryers, please use the laundry facilities located at your particular resort.
Deposits/Cancellations
To confirm your stay, a non‐refundable deposit of $200 is due upon booking; and you are given the option to choose between either of the following:
1. $39.99 damage insurance (covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage)
2. $3,000 damage deposit (refunded 7‐10 business days after departure)
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations made after initial deposit require a $200 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through Generali. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Deposits/Cancellations (Holiday Season: 12/15 – 01/05)
Reservations that arrive during our Holiday Season (12/15 ‐ 01/05) require a $500 deposit, and
Final payment is due within the first week of October.
Cancellations for Holiday Season reservations made before final payment require a $500 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through CSA Travel Protection. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Smoking:
All units are Non‐Smoking.
Designated smoking areas are available on all properties.
Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges, the minimum of which is $400.
Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM; Monday – Friday.
Check In/Out:
Check‐In time is after 3:00 PM.
Check‐Out time is before 11:00 AM.
Late check‐outs are only available at the cost of a full night’s stay and must be arranged at the time of booking. Please contact Maalaea Bay Rentals at 1‐800‐367‐6084 or 808‐244‐5627 in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
