Step inside the unit and you’ll immediately notice the updates, which include beautiful granite countertops, lovely furniture, TVs with complementary cable, high-speed internet, free WIFI, and AC in the living room. All of these modern amenities make your stay as comfortable as being in your own home but with one major difference – the spectacular ocean views.
The full kitchen is ready for you to prepare a culinary creation worthy of the stunning views you’ll have while dining on the private lanai. Whether you’re sipping coffee and gazing over the grounds, watching the white sand beaches, the bustling harbor, or the endless Pacific, you’ll find that the views alone can lay the foundation and set the tone for the rest of your much-needed vacation.
Kanai A Nalu 314 is perfect for up to six guests, with king and queen beds, a sofa sleeper, and two bathrooms to provide comfort to all. Outside, you’ll find a heated pool, BBQ station, and tropical grounds with lounge chairs, all beachfront and well-maintained. Nearby, there are two places you can explore on foot – Sugar Beach to the east is a 2.5-mile stroll along the white sandy shore to N. Kihei, where you can get some refreshments before your walk back. To the west is the bustling harbor where you can take part in ocean excursions, such as snorkel trips, sunset sails, and winter whale and dolphin watches, as well as explore shops and restaurants, and check out the top-rated attraction, Maui Ocean Aquarium.
Kanai A Nalu’s central location is ideal for exploring all of Maui. You’re just a 15 to 40-minute commute from all the island has to offer, and there is one vehicle per unit with free parking available. Whether you want to have low-key/restful days, full of exciting adventures, days of golfing, fine dining, or shopping, or some mixture of all of these, Kanai A Nalu 314 is the perfect base to explore Maui and all it has to offer.

MA’ALAEA BAY RENTALS RENTAL AGREEMENT
Booking Rules:
A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.
As renters, you are responsible for damages caused by you or your guests; these include damages to the unit, items within the unit (including towels and linens), and to common areas. We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know if any occur.
If, upon arrival, you notice any damages to your unit, please notify us immediately to avoid possible liability.
Supplies:
Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissues, and toilet tissue. Replace these on your own as you need them.
Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths.
For condos without in‐unit washer/dryers, please use the laundry facilities located at your particular resort.
Deposits/Cancellations
To confirm your stay, a non‐refundable deposit of $200 is due upon booking; and you are given the option to choose between either of the following:
1. $39.99 damage insurance (covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage)
2. $3,000 damage deposit (refunded 7‐10 business days after departure)
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations made after initial deposit require a $200 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through Generali. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Deposits/Cancellations (Holiday Season: 12/15 – 01/05)
Reservations that arrive during our Holiday Season (12/15 ‐ 01/05) require a $500 deposit, and
Final payment is due within the first week of October.
Cancellations for Holiday Season reservations made before final payment require a $500 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through CSA Travel Protection. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Smoking:
All units are Non‐Smoking.
Designated smoking areas are available on all properties.
Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges, the minimum of which is $400.
Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM; Monday – Friday.
Check In/Out:
Check‐In time is after 3:00 PM.
Check‐Out time is before 11:00 AM.
Late check‐outs are only available at the cost of a full night’s stay and must be arranged at the time of booking. Please contact Maalaea Bay Rentals at 1‐800‐367‐6084 or 808‐244‐5627 in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
