Kanai A Nalu #401 is a top-floor corner condo in this serene resort in centrally located Ma’alaea. As such, there is extra light in the condo and more access to the panoramic stunning views from the living area, the master, and of course from the private lanai. It’s only about 30 feet to the beach, so you can look right down from the lanai and see Hawaiian Sea Turtles in the surf andor the sand—it’s so exotic—yet you can live like you’re at home with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, flat screen TVs with complementary cable, high-speed internet, free WIFI, and AC. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second has twins, and there are two bathrooms to comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. (Unit can accommodate an additional 2 guests with use of inflatable beds stored in guest bedroom closet.) It’s fun to relax at the resort, cook in the condo or at the grill station, and dine on the lanai while you savor the gorgeous sunsets. The tropical landscaping is a great setting for the heated pool, perfectly maintained BBQ station, and plethora of lounge chairs. The beach is lovely with white sand and gentle surf. | | Explore the area on foot—it’s only about a ten-minute walk to the harbor where you can go on various snorkeling adventures, sunset sails or winter whale watch excursions. There are shops and restaurants there, as well as the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium. The rest of the island is most accessible from this central area; you will have low commute times of 15 to 40 minutes. There is so much to see and do, it’s a bit of a challenge to choose what to do first. MA’ALAEA BAY RENTALS RENTAL AGREEMENT
Booking Rules:
A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.
As renters, you are responsible for damages caused by you or your guests; these include damages to the unit, items within the unit (including towels and linens), and to common areas. We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know if any occur.
If, upon arrival, you notice any damages to your unit, please notify us immediately to avoid possible liability.
Supplies:
Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissues, and toilet tissue. Replace these on your own as you need them.
Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths.
For condos without in‐unit washer/dryers, please use the laundry facilities located at your particular resort.
Deposits/Cancellations
To confirm your stay, a non‐refundable deposit of $200 is due upon booking; and you are given the option to choose between either of the following:
1. $39.99 damage insurance (covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage)
2. $3,000 damage deposit (refunded 7‐10 business days after departure)
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations made after initial deposit require a $200 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through Generali. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Deposits/Cancellations (Holiday Season: 12/15 – 01/05)
Reservations that arrive during our Holiday Season (12/15 ‐ 01/05) require a $500 deposit, and
Final payment is due within the first week of October.
Cancellations for Holiday Season reservations made before final payment require a $500 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through CSA Travel Protection. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Smoking:
All units are Non‐Smoking.
Designated smoking areas are available on all properties.
Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges, the minimum of which is $400.
Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM; Monday – Friday.
Check In/Out:
Check‐In time is after 3:00 PM.
Check‐Out time is before 11:00 AM.
Late check‐outs are only available at the cost of a full night’s stay and must be arranged at the time of booking. Please contact Maalaea Bay Rentals at 1‐800‐367‐6084 or 808‐244‐5627 in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
