The master bedroom is serene with king bed and en suite bathroom; the second bedroom has twins; and with the living room’s sleeper sofa, there’s room for 6 guests. 1 vehicle per unit Free Parking. The feel of unit 405 is homey and comfortable with ceiling fans and AC in the living room , 2 TVs with complementary cable to entertain you, high-speed internet and free WIFI, because these days, we all need that, right?! | | From the lanai you have stunning ocean views; it is a prime spot to see all the activity in the bay: harbor boats on exciting excursions (you should book some), outrigger canoes, stand-up paddlers, swimmers, snorkelers and surfers. There are a lot of ways to play out there! Even the Humpback Whales who visit every year (December to April) know that! | | Outside, the amenities continue with a heated pool, BBQ station, lounge chairs, and a lovely lawn that leads you to a beautiful and quiet white sand beach, soak up the sun, swim, snorkel and enjoy the sight of Hawaiian Sea Turtles snoozing on the sand or bobbing in the surf. | Nearby are a couple of places to explore that you can walk to: to the east is Sugar Beach; to the west is the Harbor with its accompanying shops, restaurants, the Maui Aquarium and more. MA’ALAEA BAY RENTALS RENTAL AGREEMENT
Booking Rules:
A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.
As renters, you are responsible for damages caused by you or your guests; these include damages to the unit, items within the unit (including towels and linens), and to common areas. We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know if any occur.
If, upon arrival, you notice any damages to your unit, please notify us immediately to avoid possible liability.
Supplies:
Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissues, and toilet tissue. Replace these on your own as you need them.
Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths.
For condos without in‐unit washer/dryers, please use the laundry facilities located at your particular resort.
Deposits/Cancellations
To confirm your stay, a non‐refundable deposit of $200 is due upon booking; and you are given the option to choose between either of the following:
1. $39.99 damage insurance (covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage)
2. $3,000 damage deposit (refunded 7‐10 business days after departure)
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations made after initial deposit require a $200 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through Generali. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Deposits/Cancellations (Holiday Season: 12/15 – 01/05)
Reservations that arrive during our Holiday Season (12/15 ‐ 01/05) require a $500 deposit, and
Final payment is due within the first week of October.
Cancellations for Holiday Season reservations made before final payment require a $500 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through CSA Travel Protection. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Smoking:
All units are Non‐Smoking.
Designated smoking areas are available on all properties.
Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges, the minimum of which is $400.
Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM; Monday – Friday.
Check In/Out:
Check‐In time is after 3:00 PM.
Check‐Out time is before 11:00 AM.
Late check‐outs are only available at the cost of a full night’s stay and must be arranged at the time of booking. Please contact Maalaea Bay Rentals at 1‐800‐367‐6084 or 808‐244‐5627 in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
