The full kitchen with a full size front-load washer/dryer, has everything it takes to make you feel at home, except here you are in paradise. Both bedrooms have plantation-style furnishings; one has a king bed, the other has twins. The living-room has a window A/C and a sleeper sofa adds sleep space for 2 more. Also, two baths (tub/shower combo and walk-in shower). #413 provides comfortable space for up to 6 guests. | | The grounds are tropically beautiful and include a heated pool, pristine BBQ station, and lots of lounge chairs. The sandy beach is right there, mere steps from the pool area. It has a private tranquility you will delight in. Within walking distance are two areas you should explore: Sugar Beach is to the east; it’s a 2.5 mile stretch of beautiful, undeveloped shoreline, perfect for casual beachcombing and peaceful strolls. Ma’alaea Harbor is to the west and includes excursion boats you book for various adventures at sea, shops, restaurants, the Maui Aquarium, and more. | | The central location of the resort makes for easy commute times of 15 to 40 minutes to most of the awesome adventures, world-class venues, and spectacular vistas that the West side, South side, and North Shore of Maui have to offer. The summit of Haleakala and heavenly Hana are a bit further, but not to be missed. | |

MA’ALAEA BAY RENTALS RENTAL AGREEMENT
Booking Rules:
A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.
As renters, you are responsible for damages caused by you or your guests; these include damages to the unit, items within the unit (including towels and linens), and to common areas. We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know if any occur.
If, upon arrival, you notice any damages to your unit, please notify us immediately to avoid possible liability.
Supplies:
Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissues, and toilet tissue. Replace these on your own as you need them.
Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths.
For condos without in‐unit washer/dryers, please use the laundry facilities located at your particular resort.
Deposits/Cancellations
To confirm your stay, a non‐refundable deposit of $200 is due upon booking; and you are given the option to choose between either of the following:
1. $39.99 damage insurance (covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage)
2. $3,000 damage deposit (refunded 7‐10 business days after departure)
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations made after initial deposit require a $200 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through Generali. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.

Reservations that arrive during our Holiday Season (12/15 ‐ 01/05) require a $500 deposit, and
Final payment is due within the first week of October.
Cancellations for Holiday Season reservations made before final payment require a $500 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through CSA Travel Protection. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Smoking:
All units are Non‐Smoking.
Designated smoking areas are available on all properties.
Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges, the minimum of which is $400.
Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM; Monday – Friday.
Check In/Out:
Check‐In time is after 3:00 PM.
Check‐Out time is before 11:00 AM.
Late check‐outs are only available at the cost of a full night’s stay and must be arranged at the time of booking. Please contact Maalaea Bay Rentals at 1‐800‐367‐6084 or 808‐244‐5627 in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
