The spacious bedroom with a cozy queen bed and alcove desk/sitting area offers a comfortable retreat, while the queen sofa sleeper in the living room provides extra sleeping space for additional guests. The bathroom boasts a walk-in tiled shower with a safety bar.

KEALIA RESORT RENTAL AGREEMENT
We do reserve the right to cancel reservation if a deposit of payment has not been received.
Cleaning fee will apply on all stays.
FULL PAYMENT is due on all reservations 2 months (60 days) prior to your arrival.
NO REFUNDS are offered on reservations cancelled after final payment has been made or for any unused portion of the stay.
As renters, you are responsible for damages caused by you or your guests; these include damages to the unit, items within the unit (including towels and linens), and to common areas. We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know if any occur. If, upon arrival, you notice any damages to your unit, please notify us immediately to avoid possible liability.
In the unlikely event that we encounter circumstances beyond our control and may have to relocate you, we will notify you. We are a non-smoking property. Smoking in units will be subject to a minimum $500 fee.
Booking Rules – A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Supplies – Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes laundry detergent, dish washer liquid, dish soap, trash bags, paper towel, tissue paper, and toilet tissue. You will need to replenish them as you need them throughout your stay. Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths. Please utilize laundry facilities or the washer/dryer within your unit, to wash them as you need them.
Travel insurance is highly recommended. We do offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Insurance.
