Overview
Beachfront Kealia #301 overlooks the beachfront pool and tropical landscaping and extends directly over the ocean. From the living room, kitchen and of course the lanai, you will have views that you will cherish forever! Stunning views year-round, but in the winter you’ll also be able to see the Humpback Whales gliding, blowing and breaching in the bay. The condo has been remodeled, has cool-on-your-feet tiled flooring throughout, granite counters, and a tiled walk-in shower with a bench. The decoration theme from paint to finishes to furniture is subtly tropical, tranquil, fresh-feeling. The ocean views from the full kitchen will inspire you to outdo yourself; pick up some fresh Maui fish and create a feast. There are two tables positioned to take it all in, one inside, one on the lanai. For the ultimate in vacation convenience, there’s an in-unit washer and dryer. The bedroom is a tranquil retreat with a queen bed and wall mounted flat screen TV. The living room has a window A/C, sleeper sofa and another wall mounted flat screen TV. KEALIA RESORT RENTAL AGREEMENT
We do reserve the right to cancel reservation if a deposit of payment has not been received.
Cleaning fee will apply on all stays.
FULL PAYMENT is due on all reservations 2 months (60 days) prior to your arrival.
NO REFUNDS are offered on reservations cancelled after final payment has been made or for any unused portion of the stay.
As renters, you are responsible for damages caused by you or your guests; these include damages to the unit, items within the unit (including towels and linens), and to common areas. We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know if any occur. If, upon arrival, you notice any damages to your unit, please notify us immediately to avoid possible liability.
In the unlikely event that we encounter circumstances beyond our control and may have to relocate you, we will notify you. We are a non-smoking property. Smoking in units will be subject to a minimum $500 fee.

Supplies – Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes laundry detergent, dish washer liquid, dish soap, trash bags, paper towel, tissue paper, and toilet tissue. You will need to replenish them as you need them throughout your stay. Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths. Please utilize laundry facilities or the washer/dryer within your unit, to wash them as you need them.
Travel insurance is highly recommended. We do offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Insurance.
