The furnished private lanai overlooks Kihei Akahi’s beautifully maintained tropical grounds. Enjoy morning coffee, a casual outdoor meal or a quiet evening surrounded by palm trees and colorful island landscaping.
The first-floor location provides convenient access to the condo while keeping you connected to the resort’s peaceful garden setting.
Open Living Area and Full Kitchen
Inside, the open living area features comfortable furnishings, tile flooring, a flat-screen television and a full-size sleeper sofa. Complimentary Wi-Fi makes it easy to plan island activities, check restaurant menus or stay connected during your visit.
The updated full kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and a kitchen island with bar seating. Cook breakfast before heading to the beach, prepare a picnic lunch or gather around the four-person dining table for a relaxed meal at home.
Air conditioning is provided in the main living area. The bedroom does not have a separate air-conditioning unit, although it does include a ceiling fan.

- 46+ Days Prior to Arrival, $1000 is due at the time of Booking if the total is more than $4000.
- 46+ Days Prior to Arrival, $300 is due at the time of Booking if the total is less than $1000.
- Within 45 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.
