Private Lanai with Tropical Views
Step onto the furnished private lanai and enjoy views of Kihei Akahi’s lawns, swaying palm trees and tropical gardens. A partial beach view may be visible through the resort grounds.
The covered lanai provides an inviting setting for morning coffee, afternoon refreshments or a quiet evening after exploring Maui.
Open Living Area and Full Kitchen
The open-concept living area connects the kitchen, dining space and lanai. Comfortable seating includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, while a Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi provide entertainment and connectivity during your stay.
Air conditioning helps cool the condo after a day in the South Maui sunshine.
The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances, cookware, dishes and a coffee maker. Prepare breakfast before the beach, assemble a picnic lunch or enjoy an easy dinner at the four-person dining table.

- 46+ Days Prior to Arrival, $1000 is due at the time of Booking if the total is more than $4000.
- 46+ Days Prior to Arrival, $300 is due at the time of Booking if the total is less than $1000.
- Within 45 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.
