With approximately 635 square feet of living space, one bathroom and accommodations for up to two guests, Kihei Bay Surf 227 is well suited for couples and solo travelers.
Private Lanai with Tropical Resort Views
Step onto the furnished private lanai and enjoy views of the tennis courts, palm trees and tropical resort grounds. The outdoor table and chairs provide an inviting place for breakfast, afternoon refreshments or a peaceful evening in the warm Maui air.
The lanai is covered but open to the outdoors.
Comfortable Air-Conditioned Studio
The open studio layout features a queen-size bed, additional seating and a large Smart TV. Air conditioning helps keep the interior comfortable after a day at the beach, while complimentary Wi-Fi and cable programming provide entertainment and connectivity.
The condo’s open design connects the sleeping, living and dining areas within one shared space. A dining table for two offers a comfortable place for meals.
Full Kitchen and Walk-In Shower
The full kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. Cook breakfast before heading to the beach, prepare a picnic lunch or enjoy a relaxed dinner at the condo.
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and bath towels and linens are provided.
Please note that Kihei Bay Surf 227 does not have a private in-unit washer and dryer.

Central Kihei’s restaurants, grocery stores and shops are a short drive away. Additional South Maui beaches, Maʻalaea Harbor, Maui Ocean Center and Wailea are also within convenient driving distance.

- 46+ Days Prior to Arrival, $1000 is due at the time of Booking if the total is more than $4000.
- 46+ Days Prior to Arrival, $300 is due at the time of Booking if the total is less than $1000.
- Within 45 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.
