Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a large swimming pool and hot tub, surrounded by lush gardens. The pool is heated during winter, allowing for year-round enjoyment. For those seeking activity, tennis courts are available on-site. The complex also features a cabana with BBQ grills and tables, alongside shuffleboard courts near the pool area.
Located in N Kihei, Koa Resort serves as a perfect central base for exploring the island. Beach access is conveniently located just across the street for swimming or surfing in clear waters. Each unit includes one free parking spot.

Payment form
A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.
PLEASE NOTE:
We do reserve the right to cancel reservation if a deposit of payment has not been received.
Cleaning fee will apply on all stays.
Deposit
A deposit schedule, which specifies dates and amounts due, is included in your online reservation for you to review before entering your credit card information.
FULL PAYMENT is due on all reservations 1 month prior to arrival in the low season & 2 months prior in high season.
Cancellation
All final payments are due prior to your arrival date. The due date is listed when reserving your unit. Final payments are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance Is Recommended.
We cannot guarantee a particular condo, we will do our best per request.
Damages during your visit
As renters, you are responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests to the unit, items within the unit, and adjacent common areas. We do offer optional damage insurance to protect you during your stay. You can purchase this with your reservation.
Condo supplies
Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes dish washer liquid, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissue paper, and toilet tissue. You will need to replace them as you need them. Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths. Please utilize laundry facilities on property, or the washer/dryer within your unit, to wash them as you need them.
Smoking
Our properties are non-smoking and will only allow smoking in designated smoking areas. Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges from a minimum of $400.
Check In/Out times
Check-In time is after 3:00PM and Check-Out time is before 11:00AM. Early Check-Ins and late Check-Outs are based on availability. Please contact us in advanced so that we can do our best to accommodate your request.
