It is beautifully done with granite counters in the full kitchen, upgraded master bathroom, washer/dryer and central AC. Bedrooms have one queen bed, 2 twin beds ( 4 guests) plus a queen inflatable for an additional 2 guests. Comfortable for up to 4 guests and sleeps up to 6 guests. Flat-screen TV, cable, high-speed internet, and free WIFI for times you want to take care of a little business or just relax after a day of fun and adventure. Prep meals in the kitchen and dine on the lanai. The views of the grounds and pool are great in themselves, but attain new heights with the backdrop of the Pacific Ocean and Haleakala. Outside is an oceanfront pool, two BBQ stations, and lounge chairs people line up so they can watch all the activity in the bay, from harbor boats to outrigger canoes to surfers and paddlers. And in winter, Humpback Whales settle in for their own Maui-time. Keep watch for some blowing, breaching and other acrobatics. The reef in front of Ma’alaea Kai is home to a population of some quite hefty Hawaiian Sea Turtles (Hawaiian for Honu), you won’t miss them bobbing in the surf. On days you are not venturing forth to other points of paradise, stay local and take a stroll down Sugar Beach, a 2.5-mile sandy stretch that ends at the north edge of Kihei. Explore Ma’alaea Harbor and Shops on another day you choose to relax close to home. Book a couple of ocean adventures here, shop, dine, or visit the Maui Aquarium to learn about Hawaii’s marine life. It is home to one of the world’s largest displays of live Pacific corals. Ma’alaea Kai is just a 15 to 40-minute commute to the natural beauty and wonders of Maui. Mountain hikes, boating excursions, top-rated beaches, and more. The same is true for reaching world-class golf courses, resorts, and a variety of restaurants. 1 vehicle per unit Free Parking.

MA’ALAEA BAY RENTALS RENTAL AGREEMENT
Booking Rules:
A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.
As renters, you are responsible for damages caused by you or your guests; these include damages to the unit, items within the unit (including towels and linens), and to common areas. We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know if any occur.
If, upon arrival, you notice any damages to your unit, please notify us immediately to avoid possible liability.
Supplies:
Your unit is supplied with a starter kit which includes laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, tissues, and toilet tissue. Replace these on your own as you need them.
Your unit is also equipped with sufficient bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, dish towels and wash cloths.
For condos without in‐unit washer/dryers, please use the laundry facilities located at your particular resort.
Deposits/Cancellations
To confirm your stay, a non‐refundable deposit of $200 is due upon booking; and you are given the option to choose between either of the following:
1. $39.99 damage insurance (covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage)
2. $3,000 damage deposit (refunded 7‐10 business days after departure)
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations made after initial deposit require a $200 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through Generali. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.

Reservations that arrive during our Holiday Season (12/15 ‐ 01/05) require a $500 deposit, and
Final payment is due within the first week of October.
Cancellations for Holiday Season reservations made before final payment require a $500 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after final payment are non‐refundable.
We do recommend travel insurance and can offer you options through CSA Travel Protection. If you are interested, please inquire with us before your final payment is due.
Smoking:
All units are Non‐Smoking.
Designated smoking areas are available on all properties.
Any evidence of smoking within the unit or lanai area will result in charges, the minimum of which is $400.
Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM; Monday – Friday.
Check In/Out:
Check‐In time is after 3:00 PM.
Check‐Out time is before 11:00 AM.
Late check‐outs are only available at the cost of a full night’s stay and must be arranged at the time of booking. Please contact Maalaea Bay Rentals at 1‐800‐367‐6084 or 808‐244‐5627 in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
