Deposit Policy –
Deposit Policy – To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total room rate, fees, and taxes and a non-refundable $30 + tax reservation fee is required at time of booking. Final payment (remainder) is due 30 days prior to arrival. For all reservations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is due at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy – – For cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival, a refund of deposit less the $30 reservation processing fee plus a $100 plus tax cancellation fee. Cancellation received within 29-days to arrival will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. No refunds for No-Show or Early Departure.
Travel Insurance: Because your condo reservation is non-refundable once paid in full, it is highly recommended that the guest purchase Optional Travel Insurance. The cost of the coverage is 6.95% of the rent and taxes.
