Kamaole Beach Park III is just across the street from the upscale Maui Kamaole. This property features lush tropical landscaping, two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs and water features. There are gas grills peppered throughout the property and tennis courts available for your use. The Kamaole Beaches are world famous for their pristine water, long sandy shoreline, great snorkeling and boogie boarding. In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show. You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. You also are within walking distance to activities, shops and restaurants and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.
Same day bookings (meaning arrival is within 24 hours of making the reservation) requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Unit H-111 is a ground floor, 1B/2B, partial ocean view unit located at the front of the complex right across the street from Kamaole Beach #3. It has a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a super quiet dishwasher and a french door fridge with water dispenser and ice maker. There is a stackable washer and dryer, window air conditioners in both the living room and bedroom, and our unit can sleep 4. There are two very large fully furnished lanais, one with a view of the ocean, just steps away. The large master bedroom has a California king bed and a TV and DVD player. The living room has a very comfortable sofa bed with 8″ pillow top mattress. For your enjoyment we offer complimentary cable, a DVD player, 46″ Flat screen Smart HD TV that you can access Netflix on and free calling to the US and Canada. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, coolers, umbrellas and sand toys are provided for your stay. All the comforts of home on one of the best beaches in Maui. Sleeps 4.
**Important Information: Paradise Ridge Estates is a small development to the north of and adjacent to Maui Kamaole. Construction resumed April 1, 2019 – anticipated to April 14, 2020, updates to follow as available. Based on this unit’s location, we are not anticipating any significant effects.**

- A 30% deposit is due at time of booking.
- Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
- Cancellations must be in writing, emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
- If the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival, there is no refund unless the property can be re-rented. If the property can be re-rented, a pro-rated refund will be issued on the nights that are re-rented.

Check-In time for 3-bedroom units is 4:00 PM local time. For all other units, check-in time is 3:00 PM local time. Check-out is required by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Due to housekeeping requirements, we do not have flexibility to offer late check-outs or early check-ins. Be sure to keep this in mind when making your flight arrangements. If you are in the vacation rental before 3:00 PM on your arrival day or after 11:00 AM on your departure day, there will be a charge equal to one night’s rent plus tax.
Credit Card On File: A credit card must be on file and will be charged to cover excess cleaning and related expenses.
NO SMOKING: The Hawaii legislature enacted State Law 295, effective November 16, 2006, which prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas open to the public. All Rentals Maui Inc. units are subject to this new law. Rentals Maui will keep your credit card information on file. If a smoking violation occurs, a fine of $500.00 will be charged to your credit card.
Note: We will make every effort to reserve the unit that you have selected; however we reserve the right to move you to a similar unit should your selected unit become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
