Aloha and welcome to Maui Kamaole #K-209 the perfect Maui vacation location with the best Hawaiian sunshine, beaches, pools and gardens, all in a comfortable well-appointed condo. Maui Kamaole #K-209 is perfectly positioned on the sunny south side of Maui boasting more sun and less rain than anywhere on the island! On the coast between luxurious Wailea and charming south Kihei, our condo complex is a quick walk to Kamaole Beach Park III (known to the locals as Kam III) as well as restaurants and shopping in Wailea and Kihei. Kam III has it all, a pristine beach with excellent snorkeling, swimming, boogie boarding, unmatched sunsets and a large grassy park. A beautiful shoreline trail connects the condo to miles of sandy Wailea and Kihei beaches perfect for running or walking. Just two miles away are the Shops at Wailea where you’ll discover designer stores, world-class restaurants and an upscale market with fresh groceries and essential sundries. Head north and within a mile find more shopping and restaurants in Kihei.
Maui Kamaole #K-209 is uniquely situated within the tranquil low-density, garden paradise of the Maui Kamaole complex. The condo is steps from the upper tropical pool, which features a serene waterfall, shallow pool lounge area, hot tub, and covered BBQ area. The complex tennis courts are just beyond the upper pool. The lower pool is perfect for a refreshing, sunny swim.
Inside #K-209 find a top floor airy two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with vaulted ceilings. Our fully furnished condo features a clean, well equipped kitchen with bar stool seating, which opens to the dining area, comfortable living area and large lanai. As new owners, we have updated the unit in 2022 with high-end amenities including a state-of-the-art LG OLED 77″ SmartTV, which provides a true cinema experience, a highly-reliable WiFi mesh network, a large capacity LG washer dryer and quiet top rated dishwasher. Other 2022 updates include all new super clean carpets and window coverings. We improved on those little things with all new bed pillows, a desk, silverware, cookware, glassware and kitchen essentials. Enjoy the cool breeze outside on the lanai with a dining set, retractable awning and peek-a-boo ocean views. Upstairs stretch out in the main bedroom suite including a comfortable king-sized bed, large adjoining full-sized bathroom with double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. A private outdoor lanai with a beautiful garden view completes your restful retreat. This loft-style bedroom has privacy doors to separate it from the main living area, or open for an inviting airy feeling. The downstairs bedroom has been upgraded with two brand new (2022) super plush twin beds that can be made into a king, and a third private lanai. A second full bathroom is just outside the second bedroom. Maui Kamaole #K-209 has window air conditioning units in the living room and both bedrooms.
The cozy sofa sleeper in the living room also has a new plush foam mattress (2022) and allows the condo to accommodate 4-6 people comfortably. Rest assured #K-209 is meticulously cleaned and cared for in partnership with our local property manager Rentals Maui.
Maui Kamaole #K-209 has everything needed to enjoy the natural beauty of Maui including beach chairs, sun umbrellas, boogie boards, various beach toys, coolers and beach towels. Your free assigned parking spot is just steps from the unit, as are multiple cooking grills.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

DISCLAIMER: The following terms supersede any conflicting payment terms that may appear on VRBO, FlipKey, or any other website with one exception: if your reservation was made through Booking.com, please see Booking.com for payment and cancellation terms.

DEPOSIT, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION:

A 30% deposit is due at time of booking.

Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Travel insurance, if purchased, is payable in advance and is non-refundable after the initial 14-day “free look.”

Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund less the $60 non-refundable reservation fee.

Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund less the $60 non-refundable reservation fee.

If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.

The cancellation policy shall remain in effect even if a traveler tests positive for COVID-19, does not receive their test result before the final leg of their flight to Hawaii, or is turned away at the airport due to fever or other symptoms.

Should COVID-19 restrictions be imposed in your local region or Hawaii after final payment and up until any portion of your stay, you may provide proof of such restriction and reschedule your stay up to 365 days out from your arrival date.

You will be charged for any Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET), and/or Transit Accommodations Tax (TAT) that is due. Tax rates are set by the State of Hawaii and are subject to change without notice.

Travel Insurance can be purchased with your reservation.

VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE: Red Sky Sun Trip Preserver Vacation Rental Insurance has been made available with your reservation. Travel insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances–such as illness, injury, mandatory evacuation, or job loss–that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. We strongly recommend you purchase this valuable protection. If declined, you acknowledge you have read and understand our cancellation policy and choose not to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance on behalf of all occupants. Check-In time is 4:00 PM local time.  Check-out is required by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Due to housekeeping requirements, we do not have flexibility to offer late check-outs or early check-ins. Be sure to keep this in mind when making your flight arrangements. If you are in the vacation rental before 3:00 PM on your arrival day or after 11:00 AM on your departure day, there will be a charge equal to one night’s rent plus tax.

Credit Card On File: A credit card must be on file and will be charged to cover excess cleaning and related expenses.

NO SMOKING: The Hawaii legislature enacted State Law 295, effective November 16, 2006, which prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas open to the public. All Rentals Maui Inc. units are subject to this new law. Rentals Maui will keep your credit card information on file. If a smoking violation occurs, a fine of $500.00 will be charged to your credit card.
Note: We will make every effort to reserve the unit that you have selected; however we reserve the right to move you to a similar unit should your selected unit become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
