Please sign/date the rental agreement, policies and credit card authorization then fax (808-568-0133) or scan it and return to this email back to us soon.
**Reservations made more than 30 days in advance of arrival require a two-night deposit plus a $40 reservation fee paid by credit card.
Final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made 30 days or less before arrival will pay in full with credit card and are completely non-refundable.
All rates are based on U.S. dollars, subject to a 14.416% Hawaii State/Accommodations tax.Taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
CANCELLATIONS:Cancel requests made 31 or more days before your arrival date:$100 cancellation fee and $40 reservation fee. No refunds for cancellation requests received less than 31 days prior to the arrival date.

LOCK OUTS: Lost keys to the condo will incur a $10 Lost Key charge. If you are locked out of your condo,call Kumulani(808) 879-9272, there will be a $20 service charge on all lockouts.

UNIT SUPPLIES: Each unit has a dishwasher (except Haleakala Shores), fully-equipped kitchen, bedding items, bath towels and BEACH TOWELS for your stay. We provide you with a starter supply of bath soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and toilet paper; however, you may need to purchase additional items. Long’s nearby has these items.
Kumulani has the authority to evict disruptive guests without issuing refunds.
Kumulani is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten items. Shipping and Handling fees will apply to items left behind.
RESERVATION GUARANTEE:
Kumulani Vacations cannot absolutely guarantee specific unit numbers or accommodations. Kumulani reserves the right to substitute alternate accommodations of similar type up to including the day of arrival. All reservations are subject to change or cancellation for reasons including but not limited to strikes, owner requests, sale of unit, acts of God, or failure of guests to vacate as scheduled.
