Maui Vista #3-218 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the second floor with a tropical garden view. It features air conditioning throughout, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a queen bed, and a murphy bed. There is a SmartTV in the living room with DVD, and free WIFI. There s a beautiful queen bed in the bedroom and the room is cooled with a portable air-conditioning unit. The bathroom is updated with a beautiful walk-in shower. The living room is air-conditioned for when you want to relax on your sofa in front of the SmartTV or eat a delicious meal in your unit. The living room is also equipped with a convenient pull-down Murphy bed. For outdoor activity, Maui Vista #3-218 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and sand toys. Maui Vista #3-218 sleeps 4.

Maui Vista is a lovely condo complex (not hotel) located across the street and literally a 3-minute walk from this unit to Charley Young Beach – voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Connected to Charlie Young Beach is the famous Kamaole Beach #1. Kamaole Beaches #2, and #3 are just a little further down and one never needs to leave the shore to enjoy their miles of sandy beach. Walking, snorkeling, surfing, boogie boarding and stand-up paddle boarding are just a few of the many activities enjoyed on these beaches. Lifeguards, showers, picnic areas and restrooms are available at all three of the Kamaole Beaches.
The Maui Vista Complex features lovely tropically landscaped grounds, 3 on-site swimming pools, 6 free newly resurfaced championship tennis courts, and 3 gas grills for your use. The Maui Vista Complex is within a short walking distance of restaurants, shops, activities, etc., and with this unit in the second building, everything is really close. Also, it is only a few minutes drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.
** IMPORTANT NOTICE: Tennis courts 5 and 6 (near Building 3) are scheduled for repair between June 20, 2022 and August 8, 2022. Guests can expect construction noise, grinding, and routing of cracks during the first two weeks, followed by quieter activity but with a generator running. The four additional tennis courts (near buildings 1 and 2) will remain open and available for guest use. **
**IMPORTANT NOTICE: A nearby hotel will be under expansion/construction beginning March 2022 and is expected to be completed by end of December 2023. Construction-related noise may occur during this time frame and may be heard in certain areas of this complex. Work will take place Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.**

DEPOSIT, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION:
A 30% deposit is due at time of booking.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Travel insurance, if purchased, is payable in advance and is non-refundable after the initial 14-day “free look.”
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund less the $60 non-refundable reservation fee.
Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund less the $60 non-refundable reservation fee.
If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
The cancellation policy shall remain in effect even if a traveler tests positive for COVID-19, does not receive their test result before the final leg of their flight to Hawaii, or is turned away at the airport due to fever or other symptoms.
Should COVID-19 restrictions be imposed in your local region or Hawaii after final payment and up until any portion of your stay, you may provide proof of such restriction and reschedule your stay up to 365 days out from your arrival date.

You will be charged for any Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET), and/or Transit Accommodations Tax (TAT) that is due. Tax rates are set by the State of Hawaii and are subject to change without notice.
Travel Insurance can be purchased with your reservation.

Travel insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances–such as illness, injury, mandatory evacuation, or job loss–that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. We strongly recommend you purchase this valuable protection. If declined, you acknowledge you have read and understand our cancellation policy and choose not to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance on behalf of all occupants. Check-In time is 4:00 PM local time. Check-out is required by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Due to housekeeping requirements, we do not have flexibility to offer late check-outs or early check-ins. Be sure to keep this in mind when making your flight arrangements. If you are in the vacation rental before 3:00 PM on your arrival day or after 11:00 AM on your departure day, there will be a charge equal to one night’s rent plus tax.
Credit Card On File: A credit card must be on file and will be charged to cover excess cleaning and related expenses.
NO SMOKING: The Hawaii legislature enacted State Law 295, effective November 16, 2006, which prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas open to the public. All Rentals Maui Inc. units are subject to this new law. Rentals Maui will keep your credit card information on file. If a smoking violation occurs, a fine of $500.00 will be charged to your credit card.
Note: We will make every effort to reserve the unit that you have selected; however we reserve the right to move you to a similar unit should your selected unit become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
