Billing Collection Policies:
A $350 deposit is collected at time of reservation and the remaining balance is collected 30 days prior to the check-in date. If your check-in date is less than 30 days from your reservation date then the entire balance is collected at the time of reservation.
CHRISTMAS POLICIES:
$350 deposit at time of booking with balance due by November 1, 2018.
Room Guarantee Policy:
Every effort will be made to honor a specific room request however it cannot be guaranteed until arrival.
Cancelation Policies:
Standard Cancellation Policy:
Booking date to 30 days prior to arrival = $150 Fee 15 – 29 days prior to arrival = 4 Nights rental charge 0 – 14 days prior to arrival = No Refund (nightly rate on reservation plus 14.42% tax).
Christmas Cancellation Policy:
$150 penalty for cancellations up to November 1, 2018.
Cancellations after November 1st and early departures are subject to no refund.
Minimum stay is 7 nights for Studio, one and two bedroom condos.
Mana Kai Maui accepts two bedroom reservations only and subject to a 4 night minimum.
Car Rentals:
If you have booked your car rental with us, be advised that the rate quoted is only for the base rental charge plus the 4.166% Hawaii State Excise tax. All rental cars are also subject to a number of additional taxes and fees that must be paid to the rental car company directly. These additional fees and taxes include but are not limited to Customer facility fee, concession recovery fee, rent tax surcharge, vehicle registration fee and weight tax and Sales tax. Any upgrades other optional items such as GPS, car seats, fuel service options are also for your account and to be paid directly to the rental car company.
Maid service:
Your rate includes the cost of the departure cleaning. Upon arrival, your condo will have been cleaned however during your stay we do not offer daily maid service. You will be provided with a starter supply of soaps and paper products however the replenishment of these supplies will be for your account.
Valid I.D. is required upon check-in.
