Wailea Ekahi #43-A is extremely well equipped creating the ideal environment for your dream Hawaiian holiday. The kitchen has everything you might need for gourmet cooking and the high ceilings in the living area give the space a bright, spacious, and airy feel. The split system air conditioning cools the living spaces throughout the condo. The unit sleeps up to six guests with a California king bed in the master bedroom and two Full Beds in the guest bedroom. The private lanai, with dining for 6 is the perfect place to enjoy quiet and peaceful mornings before heading out for the day’s adventures.
I have stocked the unit with beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, snorkel gear, and boogie boards, to help make your beach-time as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
Same day bookings (meaning arrival is within 24 hours of making the reservation) requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

The condo is located in Wailea Ekahi Village, a wonderful 35-acre beachfront complex with amazing tropical gardens throughout. It is in the northern part of Wailea and is walking distance to all the major Wailea resorts and the Shops at Wailea. The world-class Keawakapu Beach is a 6 minute walk through the Village grounds to your private beach entrance. The Village has a fantastic beach-side pool and pavilion that is equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ grills, and more free WIFI! An extensive renovation of the pavilion was completed in 2020, resulting in a gorgeous space to gather with friends or just hang out. Features include a modern open kitchen, BBQ grills, table seating both shaded and sunny, a book lending library, and showers with changing room for pool users. There are also three smaller pools in the Village, including one only steps away from this unit.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE: New home construction began in July 2021 near Wailea Ekahi and is expected to be completed by February 2024. Work is performed Mon-Fri, 7am-6pm and Sat, 9am-6pm, with controlled rock blasting possible just once a day at 3:45pm. The most disruptive activity includes core drilling and grading and is anticipated to last through October 2021, followed by general building activity. Guests during Aug-Nov 2021 can expect construction noise and beeping from large trucks and bulldozers, as well as airborne dust. **
** IMPORTANT NOTICE: The greenbelts turf (common areas) will undergo dethatching and fertilization September 6-26, 2022. Guests may experience dust and noise, and it will take approximately one month for the grass to fill in. **
TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION:
A 30% deposit is due at time of booking.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Travel insurance, if purchased, is payable in advance and is non-refundable after the initial 14-day “free look.”
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund less the $60 non-refundable reservation fee.
Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund less the $60 non-refundable reservation fee.
If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
The cancellation policy shall remain in effect even if a traveler tests positive for COVID-19, does not receive their test result before the final leg of their flight to Hawaii, or is turned away at the airport due to fever or other symptoms.
Should COVID-19 restrictions be imposed in your local region or Hawaii after final payment and up until any portion of your stay, you may provide proof of such restriction and reschedule your stay up to 365 days out from your arrival date.

You will be charged for any Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET), and/or Transit Accommodations Tax (TAT) that is due. Tax rates are set by the State of Hawaii and are subject to change without notice.
Travel Insurance can be purchased with your reservation.
VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE: Red Sky Sun Trip Preserver Vacation Rental Insurance has been made available with your reservation. Travel insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances–such as illness, injury, mandatory evacuation, or job loss–that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. We strongly recommend you purchase this valuable protection. If declined, you acknowledge you have read and understand our cancellation policy and choose not to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance on behalf of all occupants. Check-In time is 4:00 PM local time. Check-out is required by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Due to housekeeping requirements, we do not have flexibility to offer late check-outs or early check-ins. Be sure to keep this in mind when making your flight arrangements. If you are in the vacation rental before 3:00 PM on your arrival day or after 11:00 AM on your departure day, there will be a charge equal to one night’s rent plus tax.
Credit Card On File: A credit card must be on file and will be charged to cover excess cleaning and related expenses.
NO SMOKING: The Hawaii legislature enacted State Law 295, effective November 16, 2006, which prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas open to the public. All Rentals Maui Inc. units are subject to this new law. Rentals Maui will keep your credit card information on file. If a smoking violation occurs, a fine of $500.00 will be charged to your credit card.
Note: We will make every effort to reserve the unit that you have selected; however we reserve the right to move you to a similar unit should your selected unit become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
