Wailea Ekolu Unit 407 is a fabulous ocean view 1 bedroom 2 bath condo with a fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, and GE Profile appliances. There are panoramic ocean views from the living room, kitchen and the master bedroom. The condo is completely air conditioned with units that are nearly silent and it has a washer and dryer. Outside on your lanai there are comfortable chairs as well as additional dining furniture and a private electric grill for your use.
Same day bookings (meaning arrival is within 24 hours of making the reservation) requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Wailea Ekolu #407 has electronics including large flat screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom. There is also an upgraded cable package with DVR and DVD players. The condo features complimentary Wi-Fi and long distance calling to the US mainland and Canada. The master bedroom has a Tommy Bahamas king sized bed and the living room has a queen sofa bed. The maximum occupancy is 2 people.
Also featured in the condo for your use are boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler.
Wailea Ekolu has two lovely pool areas as well as a large pavilion area for larger groups. There are also additional barbecue and picnic areas on the grounds.
The beautiful Mokapu and Ulua Beaches are just a 10 minute stroll down the hill from Wailea Ekolu. Wailea Ekolu is on the Wailea Golf Course and across the street from the Wailea Tennis Club. It is also near The Shops at Wailea. Fronting the beach is the Wailea Promenade where you can walk along the beach for miles. Whale watch, paddle board, body surf and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. Amenities in addition to those listed include wine & cocktail glasses, teak lanai table with 4 chairs, 2 swivel rockers with ottomans and a small table, and 2 lanai fans.
**Important Information: The Wailea Ekolu exterior building painting project for buildings 1 – 6 is projected to begin April 6, 2020 and anticipated to be complete between mid July to mid August. Guests in the building that is undergoing painting may hear and see the presence of the painters working nearby. The lanai for each unit will take one day to paint, during that day use of the lanai will be restricted from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Work may be performed Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION:
- A 30% deposit is due at time of booking.
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations must be in writing, emailed to email@example.com.
- Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
- Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
- If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
- Christmas holiday rates are slightly higher. Contact the Manager’s office for details..
- For stays of 21 nights or longer, the deposit policy and cancellation fee will vary by property, season, and length of stay. Contact the Rentals Maui office for details.

Travel insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances–such as illness, injury, mandatory evacuation, or job loss–that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. We strongly recommend you purchase this valuable protection. If declined, you acknowledge you have read and understand our cancellation policy and choose not to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance on behalf of all occupants. Check-In time is 4:00 PM local time. Check-out is required by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Due to housekeeping requirements, we do not have flexibility to offer late check-outs or early check-ins. Be sure to keep this in mind when making your flight arrangements. If you are in the vacation rental before 4:00 PM on your arrival day or after 10:00 AM on your departure day, there will be a charge equal to one night’s rent plus tax.
Credit Card On File: A credit card must be on file and will be charged to cover excess cleaning and related expenses.
NO SMOKING: The Hawaii legislature enacted State Law 295, effective November 16, 2006, which prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas open to the public. All Rentals Maui Inc. units are subject to this new law. Rentals Maui will keep your credit card information on file. If a smoking violation occurs, a fine of $500.00 will be charged to your credit card.
Note: We will make every effort to reserve the unit that you have selected; however we reserve the right to move you to a similar unit should your selected unit become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
