Unit #2303 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean view apartment on the ground floor, recently remodeled with granite countertops throughout, central air conditioning, full kitchen, washer & dryer, high speed wireless broadband wi-fi, three flat-screen HDTVs (all with HD digital cable boxes), Blu-Ray/DVD, and phone with free long distance to the US mainland and 34 countries, including Canada, China, Mexico, and most European countries. There is a memory foam California king bed in the master bedroom, as well as a ceiling fan, flat screen Smart HDTV, Blu-Ray/DVD, alarm clock, and full bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a magnificent ocean view, two twin beds with pillow top mattresses which are convertible to a king bed on request. Bedroom 2 also has a ceiling fan, flat screen HDTV, alarm clock, and full bathroom. The living room has a ceiling fan, large flat screen Smart HDTV, DVR, Blu-Ray/DVD, DVR, alarm clock, and an awesome view of the Pacific Ocean. For outdoor enjoyment, apartment #2303 has a 350 sq. ft. private ground floor shaded lanai with dining table and chairs, private Weber propane BBQ, recessed lights overhead, and is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. The full-size open kitchen is fully equipped including an automatic coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, microwave and a large island with seating. DEPOSIT, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION:
- A 30% deposit is due at time of booking.
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations must be in writing, emailed to email@example.com.
- Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
- Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
- If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
- Christmas holiday rates are slightly higher. Contact the Manager’s office for details..
- For stays of 21 nights or longer, the deposit policy and cancellation fee will vary by property, season, and length of stay. Contact the Rentals Maui office for details.

Check-In time is 4:00 PM local time. Check-out is required by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Due to housekeeping requirements, we do not have flexibility to offer late check-outs or early check-ins. Be sure to keep this in mind when making your flight arrangements. If you are in the vacation rental before 4:00 PM on your arrival day or after 10:00 AM on your departure day, there will be a charge equal to one night’s rent plus tax.
Credit Card On File: A credit card must be on file and will be charged to cover excess cleaning and related expenses.
NO SMOKING: The Hawaii legislature enacted State Law 295, effective November 16, 2006, which prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas open to the public. All Rentals Maui Inc. units are subject to this new law. Rentals Maui will keep your credit card information on file. If a smoking violation occurs, a fine of $500.00 will be charged to your credit card.
